Salad and Go Charities is an independent 501(c)(3) public charity committed to providing nutritious food to communities in need, educating youth on healthy habits, and supporting local nonprofits focused on hunger relief and community wellness. Established in 2024 by a greens-loving group of volunteers, key initiatives include food donations, healthy habits workshops, and a grants program. They’ve donated over 1MM salads!
To responsibly use marketing budget and maximize dollars for salads, we kept the logo simple, opting for a solid and flexible lockup that could be built upon over time. We pulled in an extended, vegetable-based color palette and added some doodles and gradients to enhance the juiciness. This site incorporates several application forms, which we built out as multi-step experiences. Grids of images from community events captures the community feel and energy from volunteers. Bonus touch: Board of Directors pics that look anything but corporate.
